Ya viene Valentine's Day, el día de las rosas, los globos en forma de corazón, el rojo; y especialmente, un día que en muchos lugares es sinónimo de #colapso. Por eso, siempre es bueno tener varias opciones y planes para ese día - Valentine's Day is just around the corner. Is the day of red roses, heart balloons and red all the way but specially is a day that in most places is a synonym of #crowded . That's why is good to always have backup options and plans.

Planear tu día de Valentine's Day ya sea con tu novio, esposo o amigos, puede resultar un poco tortuoso por el hecho de que todos los lugares ese día tienden a colapsar. Por eso y de acuerdo a mi experiencia, mas allá de la típica cena con reservación para el 14 de febrero, debemos considerar otros planes, en los que podamos tener menos presión de llegar 15 o 20 minutos antes de la hora para evitar que nos quiten la mesa, pasar un mal rato en el lugar por la cantidad exagerada de gente o simplemente por el hecho de intentar hacer algo distinto para este día.

No hay nada como sorprender a tu pareja, trayendo la cena del restaurant a su casa! Es una excelente idea para comer rico y evitarse todo los malos ratos de salir ese día a un sitio colapsado de gente. There's nothing like surprising your loved one by bringing restaurant dinner to her home! It is an excellent way to eat delicious without having to spend a bad time in a overcrowded restaurant. 2. COCINAR CON TU PERSONA ESPECIAL O ENTRE AMIGOS. COOKING WITH YOUR LOVED ONE OR BETWEEN FRIENDS.

Para aquellos que aman cocinar y seguir recetas (no exactamente mi caso, porque soy malísima cocinando pero puedo intentarlo de vez en cuando), reunirse con tu persona especial o con tus amigos para una "noche de vinos y cocina" puede terminar siendo un mejor plan del que crees. Poner un poco de música italiana, tomar vino y cocinar pasta o pizza es muy divertido cuando estas bien acompañando.

For those who loves cooking and following recipes (not exactly my case, because my cooking is terrible, but I could try it from time to time ), getting together with your special one or your friends for a "wine and cooking night" could end up being a better plan than you think. Playing some Italian music, drinking wine and cooking some pasta or pizzas is so much fun if you are in great company.

Para que tengan una ayuda, aquí les dejo una receta de mi pasta favorita hecha por Claudio, As a little help, I'm gonna give you the recipe of my favorite handmade pasta made by Claudio.

•RECETA PASTA:

- 5 chuletas de cerdo pre-cocidas a la parrilla o a la plancha, cortadas en cuadritos

- 1 kilo de tomate en lata

- 150g de tocineta

- 3 cabezas de ajo rebanadas

- 2 cebollas medianas cortadas en cuadritos

- 1 peperonccino - 1 hoja de laurel - 8 hojas de albahaca grandes - aceite de oliva, pimienta y sal.

• preparación:

Sofreír en un sartén con aceite de oliva el peperonccino con la tocineta hasta que se dore. Luego añadir el ajo y la cebolla y una vez estos estén igualmente dorados agregar los trozos de chuleta y esperar aproximadamente 15 minutos para que se mezclen todos los sabores. Licuar a baja velocidad los tomates en lata para que no pierdan su cuerpo e incorporarlos al sartén, agregando sal y pimienta al gusto. Dejar hervir por una hora a fuego lento. Luego de haber hervido la pasta, una vez que este "al dente", agregarle un poco de mantequilla e incorporarla a la salsa. Revolver hasta que toda la pasta haya absorbido la salsa. Cortar la albahaca en pequeños trozos y agregarla igualmente. Luego de eso, estará lista para servir.

• PASTA RECIPE:

- 5 pre-cooked pork chops on the grill or grilled, cut into squares

- 1 kg of canned tomato

- 150g of bacon

- 3 sliced ​​garlic heads

-2 medium onions cut in small squares

- 1 peperonccino

- 1 bay leaf

- 8 large basil leaves

After boiling the pasta, once it is "al dente", add a little butter and add it to the sauce. Stir until all the pasta has absorbed the sauce. Cut the basil into small pieces and incorporate them to the sauce. After that, it will be ready to serve.
